POSITION: Service Assurance Engineer

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Telephone calls to be answered within set targets.
Accurate recording of all customer fault reports / enquiries on relevant system(s).
Carry out primary diagnosis and attempt to clear faults / enquiries on first call.
Communicate accurate information to engineers / third parties）to assist them to clear faults or enquiries.
Monitor progress of faults / enquiries to ensure resolution within set target time.
Case Manage faults to resolution.
Follow guidelines on escalations and escalate problems and delays as necessary.
Manage “escalation” as they arise at Level 1 escalation point (business hours).
Ensure TTS Queues are managed and repair performance targets maintained.
Ensure that “day shift” business is handed over to roster team members during Shift change so that Customer satisfaction and performance targets are maintained.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate/ Eng Degree preferably in Telecommunications
Cisco certified at CCNA level (prefer)

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

2 years experience
Customer service in a technical helpdesk function
Should have worked on Routers, modems or Voice Switches and need to be aware of WAN Technologies
Ability to cope with pressure
Ability to manage time effectively
Knowledge of voice and data networks
PC skills- Excel, Word, Email systems
Strong language skill in both English and Korean.

Job Description:

The Primary responsibilities will be for Performance Management and Reporting application integration to a variety of Aspect and 3rd party products. This testing will specifically entail localization validation, but also product features and comprehensive system test. Review of product life cycle materials such as requirement documents and design documents in order to prepare test plans may be required. Candidate hired into this role must be fluent in both Traditional Chinese and Korean.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

1. Working knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle Databases, preferably latest versions

2. Working knowledge of performance management and reporting technologies and applications.

3. Experience with analyzing data for accuracy on software dashboard reports or historical reports

4. Proven ability to test in a high paced and dynamic product environment.

5. Proven ability to write test cases and test plans from Use cases and requirement documents.

6. Strong verbal and written communication skills

7. Ability to adapt to changing requirements and follow direction

8. Ability to work with remote groups (both development and QA) across geographies and time zones.

Plus:

1. Familiarity with Contact Center environments such as Predictive Dialers, ACDs, or Unified Contact Center applications.

2. Familiarity with Unix or Linux installation or systems management

3. Familiarity with VMWare’s Virtual Server or Microsoft Virtual Server environments.

4. Experience with Crystal Reports Enterprise or Business Objects Enterprise

5. Familiarity with distributed application technologies such as DCOM, .Net, and Java Web Services.

POSITION SUMMARY
For the sales revenue-up of Oracle Fusion Middleware products in Korea, China, and APAC market, he(or she) will support sales consultants at the background, remotely for the most part, for the technical solution needs.
As this position is highly technology oriented one, the one who thinks he(or she) is ready for this, or who wants to be an expert in latest IT technology can apply for this position.

Description:

1. Support Oracle Fusion Middleware business development and transactional sales for Oracle Technology solutions by providing Proof of Concepts (PoCs), demonstrations, and product implementation and its configuration for Oracle Field Sales teams, the BD Team, and local business partners.
2. Architect and deploy technology initiatives that:
- encourage Oracle Technology presales support in the sales cycle,
- empower the Sales Reps,
- assist management by driving business development
- provide for enhanced reporting.
3. Design and develop prototypes and working demonstrations using Oracle technology to support sales opportunities and business development initiatives.
4. Use technical development skills in support of business and sales initiatives in the following areas:

Competencies:

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidates will have(be);

1. Strong technology background: He(she) who has very strong technology background in Middleware S/W technology and has more than 4 years of experience in J2EE area Â¨C Required.
- 4+ yearsÂ¡Â¯ J2EE experience in enterprise distributed system environment is required
- Profound understanding and experience of WebService, SOA, IDM is required.
- Abundant experience in management of various systems and integration among heterogeneous systems is highly valued.
- Much experience in BMT or performance test of middleware products is highly valued.
- Comprehensive knowledge in Oracle DB/MW products, RDBMS programming skills, or DB transaction system experience (RAC, HA, EM, DB Performance Tuning, DR) in an enterprise distributed system environment is highly valued
- 2+ years on Unix/Linux OS platform experience and good SQL skills is preferred

중국어로 강의를 해야하고, 이론강의보다는 실무 위주로 원하다보니, 프로젝트 참여경력도 필요하네요..^^
